Your Memories Matter
Were you part of Maryland’s early Muslim community? Did your parents or grandparents help establish a masjid, school, organization, business, or community program?
Do you have photographs from an early Eid gathering, Islamic school, community picnic, fundraising dinner, construction project, youth activity, conference, or family gathering?
Perhaps you remember a teacher, volunteer, imam, community elder, or quiet contributor whose service deserves to be remembered.
Tell us about them.
Even a name, photograph, date, document, or short memory can help recover an important piece of history.
